How do I clear the cache?

Clearing game cache in most cases may help to solve the issues you’re experiencing.Make sure you follow these steps in order to clear the app cache:

For an Android device, open your device Settings menu and tap on Apps. A complete list of all the apps you downloaded should appear. 

1. Scroll down and find the app 
2. Tap on Storage and then Clear Cache.
3. Click OK in order to confirm clearing the app data 

For iOS devices, make sure you follow these instructions. 

1. Tap on Settings > Apple ID Profile > iCloud.
2. Tap on Manage Storage.
3. Look for the game in the list of apps that iCloud backs up data for and tap it.
4. Select Delete Data. Note: This will delete all data for this game from all Apple ID connected devices.
